DELIVERY AND OUR RETURNS POLICY

When purchasing good from us you are entering into a legally binding contract of sale. All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include UK VAT. If you are outside of the UK and wish to convert our prices please use currency convertor to get an approximate cost.
The stock we show as available in our shop is the stock we physically have available, therefore your item can be sent out within 24-48 hours.

To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

14 DAY RETURNS POLICY

All of our products have a 14 day returns policy starting the day after you receive the goods.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.

The return of an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless and item is found to be faulty in which case upon inspection of the returned item a refund will be given for the returns postage. Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.

We advise that buyers use a tracked service to return their items. Items need to be returned as delivered in the original packaging and complete. If you are trying an item then please respect the fact that we need to resell it again should you change your mind so ensure it is returned clean and free of dirt and hair.

All refunds are processed within 48 hours (exc weekends & bank holidays).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR BITLESS BRIDLES

If you find your bridle is too big or too small we are happy to exchange for another size providing the bridle is returned to us in as new condition and that you cover the exchange postage cost. Please email us on [email protected] if you have any questions.

EASYTREK TREELESS SADDLES 14 DAY TRIAL

EASYTREK UK offers a 14 day trial or return policy on all their saddles where stated starting the day after you receive the goods.

This means that in the unlikely event that you find one of our saddles unsuitable you can return it to us for a refund. On receipt of a saddle we are happy for you to try the saddle on and ride in it.

If you find it unsuitable for any reason you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund providing it is returned in new condition. Please respect the fact that we need to resell the item so it is important to ensure it is free from dirt and hair. It is vital you use a clean numnah under to keep it clean.

We respect the fact that you need to ride in a saddle to ensure you are happy with it and that it fits your horse, by the same token please respect the fact that we are trusting you to return it as new so that we can resell it.

Buyers are responsible for returning the item at their cost. Refunds outside of UK are less our original shipping cost.

In general our saddles are suitable to most shapes and sizes, however do do not make guarantees and pads may be necessary.

All saddles and bridles are fully checked, saddle soaped and carefully packed before sending and clippers are always plugged in and tested and the box contents checked along with a signed card before they are packed and sent. In the rare event that you feel goods that you have received are faulty we will reimburse the return postage paid AFTER inspection.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Easytrek guarantees are specific to the original owner of the item who buys it as a brand new item from Easytrek UK, this does not cover items that are sold on or second hand items.

Horse riding & other equestrian related activities is by nature is a dangerous sport.
In no event will Easytrek UK be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive incidental,
special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising from the misuse
of its products.

Leather is a natural product, always check equipment before use on every occasion that it
is used for signs of wear or damage. For horse clippers ensure an annual electrical safety
test is carried out before use, alway take safety precautions when using electrical products.
Do not use any equipment showing signs of wear or damage. Buyer assumes all risks &
liability from use of products(s).

You are responsible for the safety of you and your equine and must always choose equipment
that is appropriate for you and your equine. It is essential that you are properly trained and
experienced before applying new equipment to an equine. If you are in doubt about your
capabilities with regards to use, suitability or fitting of any type of equipment please seek
the advise of a fully qualified expert in this field before using any product.

All intellectual property of Easytrek UK such as Trademarks, names, patents, registered
designs and any other intellectual property rights derived from the functionality / aesthetics
of Easytrek UK products or website remain the property of Easytrek UK
